RMA Instructions
During the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchased item, unworn and in its original new condition, for a refund, less shipping cost (for Expedited Shipping).
** For our free shipping item(s), $5.99 will be deducted as original shipping cost.

Ring Size Exchange
To make such a return for exchange of different ring size, send the item in its unworn and original new condition to the address below with your request for a new size. Exchanges will be shipped back to you via Standard Shipping at our expense the first time. Additional exchanges will incur a $5 shipping charge.
If you would like us to send your exchange via USPS Priority, please include $5 cash in the package item sent back to us.
The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The product must be returned in its unworn and original new condition.
- Include receipt of order in the package.
- Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
- Customers are responsible for the freight/postage of return shipping.
You can ship the return via any carrier of your choice. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us.
It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as Tioneer will not be responsible for any loss of or damage during shipment to us. Any unauthorized and improperly packaged items(s) will be returned to sender.
