- If at any time your ring fails to satisfy you in appearance or fit, you have the right to return it to TungstenTrend and receive a replacement
ring of the same design and value.
- Let us say this another way. As long as you own one of our Titanium Alloy rings, if it one day does not fit properly
because you gain or lose weight, or because one day its look on your hand no longer pleases you, you can return it to us for a replacement
ring of similar value.
- This is our promise to you for the rest of your lifetime.
Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen. All we ask in return is that you pay $24.95 to cover
the cost of shipping and handling.
NOTE: We are not responsible for loss of diamond stones. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a
refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
To return any TungstenTrend product, ring or bracelet, from any location within the USA, follow this simple step process:
- Call 877-888-0506 and request a Return Authorization Code and instructions for return shipment. Write this code on the return address label you
prepare, and affix the label to the outside of the box your item came in.
- Place the item and all the original packaging (if you have it) in the box.
- You can ship the return via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation
that your shipment has been received by us.
It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as TungstenTrend will not be responsible for any loss of or damage during
shipment to us. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance staff to verify it's condition and your claim of defect. You will
receive e-mail notification regarding your return and exchange item within seven business days after receipt by us. For all valid claims,
replacement items will be shipped immediately thereafter.
